Parasitic Love
Nobody likes a parasite.
They make you itch, are contagious, generally make a pest of themselves and expensive to get rid of.
That's us!
Our £1/2 billion budget is coming from YOUR investments.
Do you think we're doing such a good job now?
No, we didn't think you would.
You see, we've inserted ourselves so far into the financial services industry that we're killing it. That's what parasites do. They kill the host.
And if you need proof of our incompetence and lack of judgement you only have to look at how distibution of financial services has atrophied since we came onto the field.
You see, slowly but surely, those interested in providing advice to help people save, protect their family, buy their house and so forth - all the normal things necessary for a healthy economy - are giving up. Our pressure on them has been too much. They've realised that a better living can be had elsewhere.
Ten percent of the British economy is now taken up with regulation and compliance. What would Winston Churchill have said if 10% of the resources necessary to fight WWII had been tied up in needless compliance?
But that's what the Labour Party did to the financial services industry.
And you're paying for it. In more ways than one.
Our exhorbitant fees (taxes that financial services companies have to pay to keep us in the manner to which we've become accustomed) are paid by you. It's not your adviser paying those fees, IT'S YOU!
You are paying for our extravagance.
YOUR PENSION plans are being eroded by the charges life assurance companies pay us in fees.
Now, when you're working hard to put that £200 per month into your pension, don't forget to thank us for only taking £1/2 million pound in salary. .
After all, it could have been much worse. Instead of paying ourselves 10 times what a typical financial adviser earns we could have paid ourselves 20 times, like Saint Hector.
And there we were accusing ADVISERS of being greedy.
Parasites. That's us.
Sheer bloody parasites.
Guidance Notes
No. 1. Every socialist government ends in financial disaster.
No. 2. Every socialist policy damages the people it claims to protect.
No. 3. Socialists tell us what they are doing by accusing us of doing it.
No. 4. Socialists are socialists first, before anything else.
No. 5. To learn the motive of any policymaker, FOLLOW THE MONEY.
Once these principles are grasped, a true understanding of what socialists have planned for you, your loved ones and your money can be fully appreciated.
